What is the difference between a new bottle and a refill?

To purchase a Calor gas bottle, you must have an active CRA (Cylinder Refill Agreement). If you’re buying a bottle for the first time (i.e. a new bottle), then you will also be purchasing a CRA at the same time.

Once you are in receipt of a CRA, you can then switch your empty bottle for a full one (i.e. a refill), as long you’re switching a bottle for one within the same CRA group.
