Gas bottle delivery
Orders are delivered within 7 working days for a £5 fee. You'll receive an email with the delivery date and the assigned retailer. Include any special instructions - like where to leave the bottle - when placing your order. Please note we cannot deliver to basements, flats above the third floor, or buildings with five or more floors.

Exchanging an empty bottle
When ordering a refill, specify which empty bottle we should collect. Make sure it’s accessible to the driver, or a cylinder refill agreement charge may apply.
